Cancellation Policy


For all our group class sessions we have a 12-hour Cancellation Policy. We understand there will be times when you are unable to keep your scheduled training session.

Failure to cancel within this time frame or failure to show up for a session will result in $5 no-show fee.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do it online or contact our reception staff.

Similarly, there may be a time when your trainer may be unavailable for a scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. At this time, we will provide you with at least 12 hours’ notice.

Exceptions will only be made in the case of a medical emergency, serious illness or serious medical emergency, accidents and serious accident or illness of a client’s family, relatives, and close friends.
