What are the staffed hours?
We are staffed from 9:00 am to 8:30 pm Mon to Fri, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturdays, and 11:00 am to 4:00 pm on Sundays. Group classes outside these hours are available and can be accessed on our social media channels, website, and the mobile app.
Does Kahma 24/7 offer student discounts or any other discounts?
Yes, all students, essential workers (health, police and fire brigade) gets 10% discount on everything at the gym.
How old do I have to be to join Kahma 24/7?
The minimum age to join the gym is 14. Individuals under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while at the gym. All individuals under the age of 18 are required to have their parent/guardian sign the guarantee form at the time of membership sign-up.
Can I put my membership on hold or pause it?
Yes, you can suspend your membership, which we refer to as 'SUSPENSION.' Suspension is available for a maximum of 8 weeks each calendar year. Longer suspensions are considered for any compelling circumstances. There is no charge for suspending your membership for up to 8 weeks in a year. Suspensions longer than 8 weeks are charged at $5 per week. You can suspend your membership by either calling 0359260741, emailing us at kahma247clyde@gmail.com, or visiting the reception.
If I have any queries about my membership or club, to whom should I speak?

When are personal trainers available?
The availability of our trainers is visible on the MyClub Fitness app. You can contact them to book a session at your preferred time. You can view their profiles on our website and mobile app, and also consider attending group fitness classes to get to know your trainers before one-on-one training.
How do I book to see a trainer?
You can make a booking online through the MyClub Fitness app or by speaking to the gym staff.
What to expect in a personal training session?
A 60-minute session led and instructed by a qualified personal trainer. During the session, you will receive coaching on exercise techniques, as well as corrections, as part of a personally prescribed program.
Do you have a sauna?
Yes, we have an infrared sauna available for all our members. However, for safety reasons, the sauna is only accessible during staff hours.
How do I make a complaint?

What if I lose my key fob?
Let the reception know, and they can issue you a new key fob. The first key fob is free, and replacement keys are charged a $10 fee.
Can I bring my children to the gym? Is the area supervised?
Yes, we have a play area with toys for children. However, this area is unsupervised. Therefore, the safety of your children is your own responsibility.
Can I bring a friend to the club?
Yes, you are most welcome to bring a friend or family member to the club. The casual entry fee is $10. Under our referral program, we also offer three weeks free to both you and your friend if they sign up for a membership.
How do I update my personal and/or account details?
You can update your details by contacting your club either by calling 0359260741 or visiting the reception.
If I want to cancel my membership, how can I do so?
To cancel your membership, please contact the club at 0359260741 and speak directly with our staff. Our friendly team will guide you through your membership details and discuss all suitable options. Alternatively, you can email your request to kahma274clyde@gmail.com.
Whom can I ask if I have trouble using the equipment?
We offer one free consultation session to all our new members. Feel free to ask any questions related to your fitness goals, equipment use, or supplements. Please do not hesitate to approach any of our team members if you ever need any help. We also have a gym buddy program to welcome our new members. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.
What happens if I lose something in the changing room?
Inform the reception as soon as possible. Lost and found items are kept for up to 3 weeks, but we can't be held responsible for missing items.
Is the team first aid trained?
Yes, all team members are First Aid and CPR trained. First aid boxes are available at the reception.
I've never used the gym before. What support is on offer?
We offer a free consultation session with qualified trainers for each new member. Equipment is labeled with QR codes for instructions, and group fitness classes provide expert supervision. Feel free to ask any questions to our gym staff members if you need assistance with equipment or workouts.
I'm new to classes. Are there any I shouldn't do?
All classes are instructed by the qualified instructors, and our group fitness class schedule is labeled with intensity levels for each class. There's a variety to suit all training styles.
